Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 7 days after receiving your item.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return: To start a return, please contact us at contact@seedandplant.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as live plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items sold during offer periods, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges: The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
